XF Polyolefin Thermal Insulation

Aerofoam® XF is a cross-linked closed cell polyolefin thermal insulation foam with factory applied reinforced aluminum foil, designed to control condensation and energy losses. It is suitable for HVAC duct and pipes, as well as plumbing pipes. Designed for indoor and outdoor applications, however outdoor application needs additional protection against weather conditions and UV radiation. FM approved Aerofoam® XF is available in the form of tubes, sheets and rolls.

Aerofoam® Elastomeric Thermal Insulation Lap Seal Tubes

Aerofoam® Lap Seal Tube is a flexible closed-cell elastomeric insulation tube with an adhesive overlap seal to prevent condensation and heat loss control. NBR Lap Seal Tubes make the insulation installation trouble-free and cost effective; suitable if you are looking for convenience along with comfort. Maintaining traditional insulation can be extremely overpriced and complicated. The installation of NBR Lap Seal Tubes results in ease of use for the installer due to the strong pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA).

Aerofoam® Elastomeric Lap Seal Tubes have been manufactured to reduce installation time and reliance on other adhesive solutions. Aerofoam® Lap Seal Tube closed-cell elastomeric thermal insulation tubes with factory applied double seal closure system are water vapor resistant, mold and mildew resistant; demonstrating improved thermal performance. Aerofoam® Lap Seal Tubes are ideal for a variety of applications including welded refrigerant pipes, pipe repair and insulation replacement to name a few. Elastomeric Lap Seal Tubes by Aerofoam® do not require additional glue or accessories to be utilized during the installation process.

Elastomeric Thermal Insulation Clad

The Aerofoam® Flexible Elastomeric Clad rolls & sheets represent an economical solution to the expensive and labor-intensive aluminum or stainless-steel cladding.

Aerofoam® Flexible Elastomeric Clad sheets & rolls are made from closed cell elastomeric foam coated with a strong jacketing, which replaces costly and complex aluminum and stainless steel sheet facings. The foam has a microcell, non-porous structure and a closed cell content bigger than 90%. It has a very good dimensional stability and offers an excellent protection against condensation, thermal loss and sound transfer. The Aerofoam® Flexible Elastomeric Thermal Insulation Clad represents an economical solution to the expensive and labor-intensive aluminum or stainless-steel cladding. Some of the benefits are the following: less skilled labor required, quick installation (50% faster than aluminum cladding), light weight material (0.34 Kg/m2), safe to use (PVC jacketing – no safety equipment required), easy to cut, no drill required (light punching tool is enough), no power tools required, easy and light to lift and carry, jackets can be cut on-site without waste (on a cutting table) and space-saving storage.

Elastomeric Thermal Insulation Rolls & Sheets

The Aerofoam® Elastomeric rolls & sheets have a very good dimensional stability and offer an excellent protection against condensation, thermal loss and sound transfer.

Aerofoam® Elastomeric rolls & sheets are made from closed cell elastomeric foam which has a microcell, non-porous structure and a closed cell content bigger than 90%. They can be coated with different types of foils and can also have a factory-applied self-adhesive backing, depending on the customers’ needs. The Aerofoam® Elastomeric foam have a very good dimensional stability and offer an excellent protection against condensation, thermal loss and sound transfer. The installation time is reduced by more than 40% due to the ease in cutting and the quick adhesion capacity of the material.

Aerofoam® NBR Rolls & Sheets complies to its ongoing improvement of quality, technological integrity, and outstanding performance in demanding settings with the FM approval and satisfies the most stringent safety and fire-resistance standards. FM approval for Aerofoam® Elastomeric Insulation used on the exterior of non-combustible pipes or ducts increases our clients’ faith in Aerofoam further.

The thermal insulation rolls & sheets present no hazard to the human health since no CFC or HCFC is used om their production and has a very low VOC level. They are considered environmentally friendly products (with low Ozone Depletion Potential – ODP – and Global Warming Potential – GWP) and comply with the LEED requirements, helping buildings to get more LEED points.

Polyolefin N Clad Thermal Insulation Foam

Aerofoam® Polyolefin Thermal Insulation N Clad system contains rolls, sheets, tubes and tapes. The thermal insulation foam is made of closed cell cross linked polyolefin coated with a strong and durable jacketing which replaces costly and complex aluminum, zinc plated steel or stainless-steel sheet facings. The foam has excellent properties in terms of condensation control, mechanical and chemical resistance, long term thermal block and sound absorption.

Aerofoam® Polyolefin Thermal Insulation N Clad rolls, sheets, tubes and tapes have a very good dimensional stability, showing a “memory effect” (they tend to come to their original shape after being compressed).

Aerofoam® Polyolefin N Clad sheets, rolls, tubes and tapes are an economical solution compared to the expensive and labor-intensive aluminum, zinc plated steel or stainless-steel cladding. Some of the benefits are the following: less skilled labor required, quick installation (50% faster than metal cladding), light weight material , safe to use (N Clad jacketing – no safety equipment required), easy to cut, no drill required (light punching tool is enough), no power tools required, easy and light to lift and carry, N Clad jackets can be cut on-site without waste (on a cutting table) and space-saving storage.
