Aerofoam® Acoustic Parametric seal is available in two types of material polyolefin cross linked closed cell Polyolefin foam & Elastomeric Foam (Elastomeric rubber insulation).

Aerofoam® parametric acoustic seals have been designed to maintain Acoustic and anti-vibration isolation and seals all perimeters at wall junctions and edges. When installed around the floor perimeter they will eliminate acoustic flanking with the wall and the treatments.

Polyolefin Foam Expansion Joint Fillers

Cross Linked closed-cell polyolefin foam suitable for expansion support between concrete slabs or dissimilar materials

Aerofoam® Polyolefin Foam Expansion Joint Filler is made up of chemically cross linked polyolefin foam. It works for all standard concrete construction such as highways, runways, parking garages, driveways, sidewalks and floor slabs. It can also be used as a buffer between dissimilar materials such as columns and manhole cover. An adhesion level is well suited for the customer’s application needs.

 

Reflective Roof Insulation

CONSTRUCTION – ROOF INSULATION

A thermo-reflective insulation solution comprising of chemically cross linked closed cell polyolefin foam bonded with aluminum foil.

FIRE CLASS AND SMOKE EMISSION

Aerofoam® Polyolefin thermal insulation is CLASS O rated (BS 476 Parts 6 & 7) and has achieved FSI/SDI of < 25/ < 50 (ASTM E84). Aerofoam®  Polyolefin passed the concentration limits of combustion gases IMO MSC 61/67 1996, Annex 1, Part 2) and achieved R = 0.77 (BS 6853).

ZERO WATER VAPOR PERMEABILITY AND LOW WATER ABSORPTION RATE

Aerofoam® Polyolefin thermal insulation solutions can be installed on ducts or pipes without any other additional water vapor barriers. The excellent protection against condensation ensures a long-term thermal efficiency of the installation.

EXCELLENT THERMAL EFFICIENCY

Aerofoam® Polyolefin Insulation has a low thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/mK (ASTM C518) which guarantees a high thermal performance improvement of the installation. Excellent dimensional properties and full closed cell structure stand for durable values of thermal efficiency. Polyolefin Insulation can present one of the longest technical life of the products.

COST SAVING

Aerofoam® Polyolefin Foam requires a limited number of accessories (tape and glue);this facilitates a short installation time and low installation costs.
